The Upper:
- Puma's best ever speed boot from 2010, the V1.10 in the special "SL" edition, made with a super lightweight upper
- The SL V1 model used an incredibly thin synthetic material throughout the upper, making these the lightest boots ever made at the time, even lighter than the F50!
- This colorway was a one off run made for the world's fastest man, Usain Bolt, using a Jamaica inspired colorway
- The boots weighed a total of 150g, using an incredibly thin and sleek upper
The Sole Plate:
- The V1.10 used a carbon fiber insert that had a hard plastic shell
- The carbon fiber was super durable and lightweight, a feature that Nike started using around this time as well
Notes and Comments:
- These are probably one of the most unique Puma V1 models ever made, in collaboration with Usain Bolt, Puma made the lightest boots ever for the fastest man ever
- The upper on these boots is extremely thin and lightweight, the craftsmanship and the technology for a 2010 boot is just incredible on these
