The Upper:
- The Ultracell was the second tier model produced alongside the Match Mercurial version
- The Match Mercurial had quite a unique stitching pattern throughout the upper, that is unlike any other pair
- The stitching makes for several grooves that elevate the padding of the upper in 5 layers throughout the boot.
The Sole Plate:
- A very similar sole plate in terms of layout was used from the previous Mercurial model
- 6 SG tipped, triangular studs were used on a hard plastic bottom
- Overall, the sole plate itself appears to be a very similar material to the previous Mercurial models, but does appear slightly thicker and more sturdy
Notes and Comments:
- This is the JR. version of the Match Ultracell, using a very similar cosmetic look to the top model
- One notable difference is the R9 logo is not featured on the tongue but on the back of the heel
