The Upper:
- Based off the top model Ace 16.1 Primeknit, this is the turf version
- This was a split upper design, with the toe are using a very similar material to the Primeknit on the Ace 16.1
- Along the stripes and towards the back switched to a less textured synthetic material
- The upper also used the dynamic sock collar for a secure and locked in fit
The Sole Plate:
- This was the Turf variation that used dozens of different sized rounded studs for maximum traction on Turf
Notes and Comments:
- Overall, for a turf model these have a very nice textured upper in the striking zone near the toe box, very similar to the top model
- They also used the dynamic sock collar that was probably one of the best by Adidas, easy to get on and super comfy around the ankle
