Puma V1.11 Yellow FG
New without box
The Upper:
- Puma's best ever speed boot from the early 2010s, the V1 model was the lightest and quickest boot on the market by Puma
- The V1.11 featured a slight change from the previous model, using a full synthetic upper that was very lightweight, but not overly thin
- The material was similar to the F50 but with a slightly thicker more padded feel to it, making them extremely comfortable while still being lightweight
The Sole Plate:
- The V1.11 used a carbon fiber insert that had a hard plastic shell
- The carbon fiber was super durable and lightweight, a feature that Nike started using around this time as well
Notes and Comments:
- These V1.11 were Puma's solution to competing with the F50 and Mercurial lines
- They were one of the lightest boots on the market at the time, and were very well perceived by the public as a premier speed boot
- Worn by various stars including Anelka, Eto'o, and many others
