Adidas Predator X TRX CL White SG

The Upper:
- The Predator X was the first ever Predator design to not feature the iconic Predator tongue
- Adidas also moved on from the K leather upper to a Taurus leather material that had a very similar feel to the K leather
- The new rubber Predator element featured a dimpled softer plastic like material that looks like little suction cups to help with curve and power
The Sole Plate:
- A 1-piece, hard plastic sole plate was used, that was slightly different than the previous 2-piece Powerswerve soleplate
- The PowerSpine technology ensures for a very durable soleplate
- Adidas continued with the bladed TRX stud pattern very similar to the Powerswerve model
- This is the SG variant using 6 snap in aluminum studs
Notes and Comments:
- Released way back in 2010, the Predator X took a major leap getting rid of the Predator tongue
- Overall the upper was quite nice, soft with a spongy feel to it and very comfortable boots
