The Upper:
- The Laser IV introduced the newly designed Kanga Lite upper, a synthetic alternative that had a leather like feel
- A diagonal stitching design along the sides and toe box were used, making the boots much lighter than the previous Laser model
- A new strike shield was introduced that was much lighter, yet still covered tons of surface area for maximum power
The Sole Plate:
- Major changes were done to the sole plate, using a one piece lightweight sole plate, and removing the heel cup feature
- In the past, some of the heel cups added extra weight and making them feel a little clunky, but this newly designed sole plate was so much lighter than the previous models
- A new stud configuration was used, but it still kept a similar layout to the original Intertract design which stayed consistent throughout the T90 series
Notes and Comments:
- The Laser IV was much lighter than any precious T90 model, and was the very last T90 model produced
- The strike zone stayed consistent and covered tons of surface area for maximum power and curve
